악단광칠(ADG7), 지친 현대인들의 영혼을 깨우는 K-Ritual Pop

악단광칠 ADG7은 전통 악기의 강렬한 리듬과 소리꾼의 목소리로 현대인의 삶을 깨우는 K-Ritual Pop 밴드다. 대금, 아쟁, 가야금, 타악이 만들어내는 거친 에너지와 폭발적인 보컬은 무대 위에서 하나의 의식처럼 펼쳐지며, 관객을 단숨에 다른 세계로 데려간다.

광복 70주년을 계기로 결성된 악단광칠은 전통 음악을 오늘의 언어로 되살려왔다. 서도민요와 굿 음악의 원초적 에너지를 바탕으로 자신들만의 사운드를 구축해온 이들은, 전통 악기가 가진 힘을 지금의 리듬과 감각으로 풀어내며 독자적인 K-Ritual Pop을 만들어가고 있다.

11월 발매 예정인 정규 3집 《착신 着神》은 악단광칠의 새로운 음악적 변화를 본격적으로 보여주는 앨범이다. 현실의 불안과 도시적 감각, 신을 찾아 떠나는 여정의 출발점을 담아내며, 전통의 에너지를 오늘의 이야기와 실험적인 사운드 안에서 새롭게 발견한다.

ADG7, also known as Ak Dan Gwang Chil, is a K-Ritual Pop band that awakens modern lives through the powerful rhythms of traditional Korean instruments and explosive vocals. Driven by the raw energy of daegeum, ajaeng, gayageum, and percussion, their music unfolds on stage like a ritual, carrying audiences into another world.

Formed to mark the 70th anniversary of Korea’s liberation, ADG7 has reimagined traditional Korean music in today’s language. Rooted in the primal energy of Seodo folk songs and Korean shamanic music, the group continues to shape its own K-Ritual Pop sound by bringing the power of traditional instruments into contemporary rhythms and sensibilities.

Set for release in November, ADG7’s third studio album Chakshin 着神: God-Touched marks a new chapter in the group’s musical evolution. Capturing modern anxiety, urban energy, and the beginning of a journey to find the gods, the album rediscovers the power of tradition through today’s stories and a more experimental sound.
