| The sun, the most equal energy available to all people on the earth from it. Even if we cannot touch it, we still feel its combination, aggregation, and fusion of different elements, transmitting light, heat, warmth, and hope from the core to the surroundings. Radio Mars’s 2023 new album ” Radio Mars III” has an energy like the “sun” that cannot be touched, but we all need it.
The arrangement that makes people cannot help but admire is spread throughout the entire album, and every turn is handled clearly and neatly, contributing to a kind of delicate beauty that still lingers after listening. Without a doubt, all of this comes from the precise control of five outstanding musicians over their creations. It just like the visual creation of Dyson sphere embedded in the cover of several leading singles – making good use of momentum, emphasizing light, using curves, arcs, and complex and changeable compositions to set off, with a unique and powerful passion outlined between strokes. The Dyson sphere in the center of the cover symbolizes the transmission of energy, and the reliefs and engravings on the four corners are waves and rudders, which is the direction for the band to take risks. Perhaps the fantasy Dyson sphere has already existed in the world. Perhaps infinite warmth has grown in the music of Radio Mars, as they had hoped: untouchable, but shared by everyone. And ‘they are on the inner layer; we are on the outer layer’. That’s it, friend. Feel it, feel the light and heat. |

| Lexie’s album explores her internal and external identities as an artist in the increasingly social-media-dominated world, raising questions on consumerism, disconnection with oneself, barriers of language, and fictional narratives with which one hopes to be freed from systematic modern anxiety. As an anchorless game player, she gazes into reality through the demise and rebirth of her changing roles. She is a fluid existence sliding through screens, collecting herself through the fragmented lyrics, much like fragmented pieces of information flying around. In the closed loop of material inflation and mental deflation, she strives to pave the way for rebellion, seeking refuge in the discovery of more sincere emotions. In the virtual space constructed in this album, she deeply reflects on Gen Z problems and challenges the set rules of society in order to rethink the future.
