| 재즈힙합 프로듀서 시로스카이(Shirosky)의 새 EP [Harvest]
씨앗에서 수확까지, 음악으로 그려낸 삶의 순환
재즈힙합 프로듀서이자 DJ로 활동하는 시로스카이(Shirosky)가 오는 9월 12일, 새로운 EP 앨범 Harvest를 공개한다. 이번 앨범은 2019년 발표한 The Seed에 심었던 씨앗이 6년의 시간을 지나 꽃을 피우고 열매를 맺어 다시 하나의 순환으로 이어지는 과정을 담아낸 작품이다. 총 6개의 트랙으로 구성된 Harvest는 씨앗의 발아부터 계절의 변화, 그리고 다시 겨울의 고요로 돌아가기까지의 여정을 음악으로 표현한다. 타이틀곡 I Still Remember April (Feat. JEMMA)은 지난 시간을 회상하며 삶과 음악에 새겨진 기억들을 서정적으로 풀어낸 곡으로, 가을의 따스함과 애틋한 감정을 동시에 전한다.
또 다른 수록곡 Blue (Feat. SEN)는 여름의 비를 맞으며 성장하는 순간을 그려내며 부드럽고 서정적인 감성을 선사하고 이어지는 Flower For Me, 공간 등은 봄의 꽃과 추수를 노래하며 앨범의 서사를 완성한다. 마지막 트랙 One Circle은 겨울을 맞아 모든 것이 시들지만 곧 다시 새로운 세계로 이어지는 삶의 순환을 상징적으로 담았다.
시로스카이는 이번 앨범에 대해 “Harvest는 단순한 성취의 기록이 아니라, 창작과 삶이 반복되는 순환 속에서 얻는 기쁨과 깨달음을 담은 앨범이다. The Seed 이후 오랜 시간 이어온 음악적 실험과 성찰의 결실을 함께 나누고 싶다”라고 전했다. 시로스카이는 저스디스, 베이식, 앰비규어스댄스컴퍼니 등 다양한 아티스트와 협업하며 독창적인 음악 세계를 구축해왔으며, 2019년 EP ‘The Seed’가 멜론 언더그라운드 힙합 명반으로 선정되는 등 음악성을 인정받았다. 이번 EP ‘Harvest’는 그 흐름을 이으며 한층 깊어진 음악적 성취를 보여주는 새로운 장이 될 예정이다.

Whenever it rains, my heart sinks a little.
There are times when I feel like I don’t quite belong anywhere. Not here, not there. Always a bit off. Those moments — when people ask the kinds of questions that try to pin you down, define you, box you in — it’s exhausting. Trying to explain who you are starts to feel like explaining w
And then there are quieter days, where a simple meal — a warm bowl of rice — becomes the thing that gets me through. It sounds small, but in those moments, it feels monumental. Like something’s holding you up without needing to say anything at all. There’s comfort in that steam, that routine, that familiar taste.
I’ve gotten off at the wrong stop before.
And then there are days where you stop expecting anything, so you stop being disappointed. Less inclined to drag your feelings into the daylight.
Just random stories. Hypotheticals. It’s not my story. But maybe it’s yours. Anyway — just for the record — it’s absolutely, definitely, 100% not mine.
