악단광칠 정규 3집 《착신 着神》은 힘든 현실에 지친 한 사람이 삶의 이유를 묻기 위해 신이 산다는 곳, 백로주로 떠나는 여정을 그린 서사형 앨범이다.

〈그냥 좀비〉는 악단광칠 정규 3집 《착신 着神》의 두 번째 선공개 싱글이다. 잘 되고 싶고, 사랑받고 싶고, 무너지지 않기 위해 하루하루를 버텨내는 현대인의 모습을 ‘좀비’로 그려낸 곡이다. 눈을 떴지만 좀처럼 몸이 따라주지 않는 아침부터, 어제의 불안과 걱정을 안은 채 다시 하루를 시작하는 우리 자신의 모습에 가깝다.

<그냥 좀비>는 정규 앨범 《착신 着神》 안에서 자신의 과거와 미래의 그림자를 마주하는 장면과 연결되며, 신을 찾아 떠난 여정이 결국 스스로의 삶과 선택을 마주하는 길로 바뀌어간다는 점을 예고한다.

 

ADG7’s third studio album Chakshin 着神: God-Touched is a narrative album that follows the journey of a weary soul who sets out for Baekroju, a mythical place said to be where the gods dwell, in search of a reason to keep living.

“ZOMBIE” is the second pre-release single from the album. The song portrays the modern human condition through the image of a zombie, capturing those who struggle through each day because they want to do well, to be loved, and to keep themselves from falling apart. It reflects our own state of waking up unable to move, then starting another day with yesterday’s anxiety and worries still weighing on us.

“ZOMBIE” connects to a scene in Chakshin 着神: God-Touched where the protagonist confronts the shadows of their past and future. It foreshadows how the journey that begins as a search for the gods ultimately becomes a path toward confronting one’s own life and choices.
